New restaurant opening – Elements Eatery and Mixology

Rob Plant of Blue Wind Gourmet is opening his new restaurant, Elements – Eatery and Mixology, in the old Tides Restaurant location in California, MD on March 10th. The opening menu can be found here and they have lots of pictures up on their Facebook. The restaurant seems to focus on a lot of the same farm-to-table concepts that Blue Wind had, but in a much larger space. In addition to that it offers a full bar with a growler station.

I’m certainly interested to see how the restaurant will develop, there’s so much they can do with the space that could make it the model of what dining in the area could be.
